Shipping policy
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number — please check your junk mail if it doesn't arrive.
Pre-order items are made to order. The expected timeframe will be listed on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will ship together once the pre-order piece is complete. If you would prefer a split shipment, please get in touch at hello@rhiannongillceramics.com and we will do our best to help.
Australian Shipping
- Flat rate shipping: $15 AUD
- Free shipping on orders over $190 AUD (Australia only)
- Delivery is typically 2–3 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take a little longer.
Local Pickup
For those local to Wollongong, free pickup is available from the studio at Bellambi Commercial Centre. Your order will be ready for collection within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email confirming the date and available times.
International Shipping
Yes, we ship internationally. Due to the fragility of ceramics and the variation in international freight costs, international orders are handled on a case-by-case basis.
To place an international order:
- Place your order as normal
- Then contact us via our contact page or at hello@rhiannongillceramics.com for a personalised shipping quote before we dispatch
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your destination. Please note that the free shipping threshold does not apply to international orders.
Packaging
We pack every order with care using eco-friendly materials, including biodegradable packing peanuts and recycled boxes where possible. Ceramics are fragile, and we take the time to make sure your pieces arrive safely.
Damaged Orders
We take great care in packing, but occasionally things happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your delivery with the following:
- A photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the damaged packaging
We are unable to process claims without both photos, so please do not discard the packaging before photographing it.
