Although I aim to to have your ceramics shipped within 2-5 working days, it's just Rhiannon in the workshop, making and packing your orders so in busy periods this may take a little longer. I really appreciate your patience.

All orders are sent via Aramex at $15 flat rate within Australia. Orders above $190 will receive free shipping. Sorry, no PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Once your goods have been packed and dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please make sure to check your junk mail if you don't receive this.

For those local to the workshop, you can pickup your order for free. Your order will be packed, ready for collection within 2-5 working days. An email will be sent to you, confirming the date and available times.

With the environment in mind, I endeavour to use as much recycled packing material as possible. I use biodegradable packing tape, bubble wrap and packing bubbles.
