Refund policy
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 2 working days of receiving your delivery at hello@rhiannongillceramics.com.
If a return is agreed upon, goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging within 7 days of that agreement. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damage in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your delivery. Include a description of the damage and a photo showing the broken item in the damaged packaging. We cannot process a refund without this information.
Refunds and Store Credit
Where a return is not due to a fault on the part of Rhiannon Gill Ceramics, a store credit will be issued rather than a refund.
If the fault is ours, a full refund will be processed via your original payment method.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please email hello@rhiannongillceramics.com as soon as possible.
Orders can be cancelled provided they have not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled — please wait for delivery and then follow the returns process above.
