The standard mug holds 300ml and stands 7.5cm tall - your everyday flat white or a solid morning coffee. The large holds 450ml at 9.5cm, for the long slow ones where you want the cup to last. Both have a handle, which is the thing that sets these apart from the ceramic cups and espresso cups - those you hold in the palm, these you hook a finger through.
Each body is slip cast in cone 6 midfire porcelain, then glazed by hand in layers, so the colour falls a little differently every time. No two come out exactly alike. The glazes cover pinks, greens, blues, oranges, purples and plenty more - new colourways come in and old ones go, so what's on the page is what's just come out of the studio.
