Pink and peach against dark clay is a combination that surprises you. The dark stoneware deepens the colours from the inside out, making pinks richer and peaches more luminous than they would read on a white body. Each bowl has its own pooling and layering in the glaze - the way the colour gathers at the base and opens across the wide, shallow form is unique to every piece.
Handmade in rich black cone 6 midfire stoneware that deepens the glaze colours and gives the surface an earthy, grounded quality. Each bowl is one of a kind - sculptural enough to sit as a centrepiece and generous enough to use, with the shallow, open form showing off the glaze beautifully from every angle.
