Layered and cool, with that end-of-summer quality where things are still bright but there's something softer underneath. Purple and green carry the cool tones, peach and blue settling between them with a warmth that stops the whole thing from going cold. At 31 cm, the platter gives the colours space to arrange themselves properly. Each piece finds its own layering; the peach moves differently through every glaze.
Handmade means one-of-a-kind. Each platter is made in small batches from white speckled cone 6 midfire clay, shaped by hand and finished with care. The sculptural, organic form means every platter sits slightly differently - no two edges are exactly the same. Expect small differences in shape and glaze; these aren't flaws, they're the fingerprint of the process and what makes your platter uniquely yours.

I purchased this absolutely beautiful bowl from Rhiannon Gill ceramics. It arrived speedily & it is just so gorgeous I can’t decide which room to put it as it looks terrific everywhere 😁
My plates arrived very well packaged. They are the perfect size and the patterns are beautiful. The colours aren’t quite the same as in the photos, but still beauriful. The backs are a little rougher than I expected, but make sense given the plates are handmade. I’m waiting for the bowls to come back in stock so I can increase my collection!
