Richer than pink, more alive than purple - this glaze lives in the space between the two and leans deeper than you'd expect at first glance. It's the kind of colour that photographs differently every time: magenta in bright light, a soft plum in the evening. Where the glaze pools thicker toward the base, it darkens considerably, giving the piece a grounded quality that the lighter upper sections contrast against.
Your everyday mug, but better. These mugs are made in cone 6 midfire porcelain and dip-glazed in purple and orange. Colour depth and finish are unique to every piece.

These mugs bring some brightness to my mornings ! I’m very picky about my mugs and the size and weight and overall feel of these are great. Whilst seconds, I can’t see why they didn’t “make the cut”. Very happy with them.
