The softest thing in the room, before the plant even goes in. Cream and white cover most of the surface with a quiet warmth, while blushes of pink and peach drift through like the inside of a shell - present without being loud. The glaze sits close to the clay, so the speckle shows through, giving the whole piece a gentle texture beneath the colour.
Each planter is made in small batches from cone 6 midfire porcelain, shaped by hand and finished with care. Each piece carries its own subtle variation in glaze distribution and organic form. These small differences are the fingerprint of the handmade process. Made without drainage holes, so you can pop in your plant in its plastic pot and let it soak up water from the planter. Get in touch if you'd like yours with a drainage hole.
