Purple, green, orange and yellow, all at once and not remotely shy about it. The glazes run down the mug in long drips, crossing over each other and leaving little flecks of colour where they meet. Each mug has its own mix - some lean more purple, others carry more of the yellow.
Your everyday mug, but better. These mugs are made in cone 6 midfire stoneware and brush-glazed in Colour Theory: purple, green, orange, and yellow. This is a drippy glaze - you'll find differences in drip quantity and the amount of flecks from mug to mug. Each layer of glaze is applied by hand, so the colour depth and finish are unique to every piece.
