Minor imperfections like a slightly uneven rim, glaze drips that come away or extra glaze texture mean these pieces didn't quite meet our first-quality standards, but they still have plenty of charm. Photos of the flaws are included in the listing images, so you can see exactly what you're getting.

Purple and green moving across the sculptural form, peach settling into the organic hollows and white holding the edges open. The shape does something particular with this palette - the colours follow the curves of the platter rather than sitting flat on a surface, and the result feels more like something that grew than something that was made. Each platter carries its own distribution of the four colours.

Handmade means one-of-a-kind. Each platter is made in small batches from white speckled cone 6 midfire clay, shaped by hand and finished with care. The sculptural, organic form means every platter sits slightly differently - no two edges are exactly the same.
